1Product Introduction:
The KDWY series diesel engine pump unit is a structurally novel product developed based on repeated research of similar technologies at home and abroad. KDWY typeDiesel Engine Water PumpIt is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction, volute mixed flow pump set. Suitable for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical or chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the transported liquid should not exceed 50 ℃. Water pumps have strong maneuverability, easy mobility, and are widely used in various occasions such as agricultural irrigation, industrial drainage, and urban flood control and drainage. The performance range of KDWY pump is: flow rate of 90-9000m3/h, head of 3.5-22m.
1. Transmission mode:
There are direct transmission and variable speed transmission. When ordering, the model of the power machine (power, speed) should be clearly specified in order to determine the specifications of the coupling or pulley.
2. Water pump direction:
Looking towards the inlet of the water pump, the impeller generally rotates counterclockwise (650KDW-5, -7, -10 pumps rotate clockwise)

7working principle:
KDWY is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction diesel engine mixed flow pump, mainly composed of the structure of the diesel engine, coupling, pump body, impeller, rear cover, mechanical seal, pump shaft, bearing seat, rainproof cabinet, four-wheel trailer/two wheel trailer and other pumps. The structure is simple, the use is reliable, the device is convenient, and there are direct transmission and variable speed transmission methods.
The working principle of KDWY diesel engine mixed flow pump: When the prime mover drives the impeller to rotate, it exerts both centrifugal force and axial thrust on the liquid, which is a combination of centrifugal pump and axial flow pump. The mixed flow pump of diesel engine has high efficiency and a wide range of high efficiency, which can be economically used with the same pump in situations where the head or flow rate changes greatly.
